Product
A print-on-demand book personalised from content supplied by the customer. The customer warrants that they hold the rights to the text and do not request the reproduction of protected characters or brands.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before confirmation in the currency of the shipping country (EUR, USD or GBP), all taxes included. Shipping is included to Europe, the UK and the US; for other countries the shipping fee is shown before payment. Secure payment by Stripe.
Delivery times
Printing then delivery: usually 1 to 2 weeks depending on the country (up to 3 weeks in December). Times are indicative.
Cancellation and returns
Because each book is made to the customer's specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started and the statutory right of withdrawal for personalised goods does not apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order.
Guarantee
Free reprint in case of a print defect or damage in transit, on photos sent within 14 days of delivery. This commercial guarantee comes in addition to the statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects that consumers always enjoy.
